Running Form & Training Class

You will get the answers to these and many other questions in the Running Form & Training Class offered May 6, 6:30-7:30 p.m. It will be held in the Bountiful area. Learn about interval/speedwork and other types of training to improve your performance and get faster for running and triathlons. Beginners welcome.
