Adult Small Group Swim Lessons (triathlon specific) & Underwater Video Analysis: Feb. 26, 9:15 p.  Get individual feedback on how to improve your crawl/freestyle stroke.  All levels welcome.

Running Form Class: Wed. April 16, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., Learn how to make improvements in your running form to run more efficiently.  All levels welcome. Pre-registration is required.  Limited spots.

Kids triathlon team training program:  Group training will start in April. Registration deadline: March 22.

Endurance Sports Nutrition:  Tues.  March 18, 6:30-7:30 p.m.  Limited spots.

10K (6.2 mile) or 5K (3.1 mile) training group Group training will start in April/May. Registration deadline:  April.  Beginners welcome.
