10K Run Training Group
Group training begins the 3rd week in May
This is a 6-week coached coed group training program that has been designed to get participants prepared for the Race For Grief 10K (6.2 miles) event held in West Bountiful Utah on June 29, 2013. If you are new to this distance (your very first 10K), want to learn how to train properly to run or are a seasoned runner looking to improve your time, then this group is for you. Weekly group workouts will be scheduled. To be eligible to participant in the program you must be able to run 3 mile continuously by May. Group training will begin the third week in May. Limited spots. Men and women are welcome to participate. Beginners welcome. To get involved in the program contact Coach Lora Erickson at lora@blonderunner.com asap
