Class fee: $25

Have you always been interested in getting involved in triathlons but just don’t know how to get started? Or maybe you are doing triathlons but are not getting the results you would like or your ready to take it to a new level. If so, this is the class for you. Learn from a seasoned athlete with over 26 years of experience. Coach Lora is a sponsored triathlete and USATF certified running coach who has been coaching for over 15 years. She has a true passion for health promotion and will be covering all aspects of the triathlon through this 90 minute lecture. The class will cover needed supplies, swim technique, cycling development, transition ins-and-outs, and running endurance training. Sports nutrition will also be covered.
