  4. Review training suggestions (including sport specific running or triathlon as well as strength training, and rest days)
  5. Review your nutrition and hydration strategy
  6. Review your gear and equipment use
  7. Review best rest and recovery strategies
  8. Race logistics review
  9. Race rules review.
  10. Review race-day bag needs (ie. gear, nutrition, hydration, and any necessary documents) etc.
