Fun Exercise Jar to do with Kids at Home to stay Fit

Fun Exercise Jar to do with Kids at Home to stay Fit

Recently my daughter and I did a fun workout together at home. My daughter has created an exercise jar where she has written down lots of ideas on pieces of paper and basically you pull one out a do it. It’s that simple. Let’s stay fit at home friends! Exercise is fun to do with others.
Exercise ideas include:
15 push-ups
25 abdominal crunches
15 Lunges
15 chair steps
Indoor stair runs
1 min. plank
10 sec. high knees
30 squats
If you have exercises ideas that weren’t included in the video please make a comment below or on Facebook at Blonde Runner Health
We’d love more things to add to the jar!
