I know what your thinking, what does gutting a fish have to do with running? Well, I believe having a healthy lifestyle includes a variety of activities and too much of one thing isn’t all good. This is the off season for me so I get a lot more hiking and fishing in. I love to run and also I love to fish! Last night I caught these beautiful rainbow trout so wanted to share how to gut them. I plan to eat them and fish is super healthy and packed with Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Enjoy!
