Product Review: RunGoo Anti-chaffing Product

I have just discovered another great product that I wanted to share with you.  I’ve been searching for something with a little more substance (thicker) for use in my running and cycling shoes during short course triathlons that can protect my barefeet from chaffing/blisters and I think I have found it.  I’ve always been a fan of skin products made with lanolin because they seem to hold up better in harsh conditions.  I wanted something that would really coat, create a barrier and protect my skin.  I was happy to discover that RunGoo met these requirements and did not need to be reapplied.  This product also moisturizes and prevents cracks in my heels which is a big bonus.   Because RunGoo works really well in dry or wet conditions, it is ideal for triathlon training and racing.  I know a lot of people use this product for ultra endurance races too.  I can imagine that this could be really helpful for those who run in Vibrams too.  RunGoo is something I had added to my training bag and if you are serious about keeping your feet healthy I would highly recommend you give this product a try.  Click here to learn more  (FYI – they also make other products like HikeGoo, WalkGoo, Silk Step for dress shoes etc…).

Stay Healthy,
