Goal Achieved

“The challenge and the energy running requires may be a selfish one, but it actually motivates me to be stronger in my relationships.”  ~ Joan Benoit Samuelson

I’ve always struggled with the concept of the sport of running and triathlon being a selfish endeavor, however I also understand that nobody can take care of my body but me.  Simply if I take care of my health I am better able to care for my children and others.  The gift of running has been given to me to be shared.  I hope by reaching for my goals I can help others become empowered to achieve their own.
