Great article on underdeveloped muscles

Recently I found a great article on underdeveloped muscles.  I would agree completely with this statement:

“To perform at a higher level as an athlete, you must focus not jut on enhancing your strengths but also on curing your weaknesses.”

Don’t let you weak muscles become your as it were “Achilles Heel” in Greek mythology.  The article touches on many things I focus on with the athletes I coach on my triathlon team (Team Blonde Runner TBR) such as Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) or foam rolling.  It touches on a common mistakes people often make with rolling and that is just rolling back and forth instead of holding on tender spots.  This hold is what allows the muscle to release.  The article also touches on stretching, and strenthening exercises as well.  Great article.  Check it out.  Read the article
