Obsessed with eating only foods that are healthy?

Recently I was interviewed by Healthy Utah magazine about the eating disorder “orthorexia” which is an unhealthy fixation on healthy food. It’s basically taking healthy eating to the extreme. I shared a concept that I like to teach all of my athletes. The 90 – 10 rule, where 90 percent of the time you eat for fuel and 10 percent for fun.
