Blonde Runner on TV (how exciting is that!)

I am super excited to have the opportunity to promote the Race For Grief Event that will be held at the end of this month, June 30, 2012 on the CW30 (ABC 4 – sister station).  I will have two spots tomorrow morning (June 6th) sometime in the morning before 9 a.m. on the “Health Center”.  I am super excited about this and to spread the word about this important charity event.  The Race for Grief event offers a 10K run or a 2 mile walk and is a great opportunity to support those suffering from loss as a community.  Come join us, we’d love to have you.  Registration is open on active.com.  You can learn more by visiting www.RaceForGrief10k.com  This race is put on in loving memory of my little Samantha.  Read more about her story here:  http://blonderunner.com/2009/11/coping-with-grief-and-loss/

Thank you to those of you that have supported me and this event.  I appreciate you more than words can express.

Sincerely,

Coach Lora Erickson
