Class fee: $15

Are you signed up to participate in a Ragnar Relay race event and would like to learn how to properly train and complete the event with success? Learn how to prepare and fuel your body before during and after this exciting and fun event. Training and how to run up and down hills will be covered. You will also learn what you have to pack etc. to do the event. This class is taught by a USATF certified running coach who has completed the race three times.

HOW TO REGISTER:

To get registered for the class message Lora “Blonde Runner” and lora@blonderunner.com indicating you are interested in reserving a spot for the Wasatch Back Prep Class and provide your contact information (include your phone number). You will be contacted by phone with details. Pre-payment is required to reserve your spot. The class fee is $15 per person. Pre-registration is required, spots are limited.
