This team training is for beginner to intermediate athletes and will focus on the 5k/10k & Half Marathon distances. This group is coached by Lora Erickson aka “Blonde Runner” and people of all hair colors can join – so you don’t have to be blonde (grin). Enjoy the camaraderie of group training while making friends and getting in great shape. If you are new to running, or want to improve your performance, this group is for you. Many aspects of the running will be covered; including nutrition, speed work, racing strategies, form and structured workouts will be provided. Limited spots.
