Triathlon is a fast growing sport in Utah and it’s easy to see why.The variety of training and challenge that triathlon provides with swimming, biking and running makes it exciting and fun!As a USATF certified running coach, Lora Erickson aka Blonde Runner has seen many athletes embrace the challenge of triathlons. It’s fun to train with others and this is one of the many reasons this group was organized. Educating beginners on how to train properly is also one of the main focuses of the group. Join us and swim, bike, and run your body to better health.
