Coach Lora Erickson aka Blonde Runner has been coaching for over 25 years and is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running, triathlon, swimming and cycling coach.  She has raced  most recently in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa. Her passion is coaching and she loves to work with beginners and has produced some great online training programs.  All programs are semi-custom training with coaching support, so you are never alone.
