Coach Lora aka Blonde Runner (pictured above) offers a wide variety of programs and classes in the community. For information on how to register for a program contact her directly.  Classes can be set up for your group or company anytime.  Give the gift of health: Buy a class pass, gift certificate for personal coaching (triathlon or running), or Blonde Runner gear for a loved one or friend anytime. Gift certificates are available all year.

Please note: Outdoor classes are rarely (if ever) canceled due to inclement weather (we are waterproof so dress accordingly).

Indoor Small Group Fitness/Personal Training

Do you have a gym in your home or community?  Do you want to learn how to use it?  If so, set up a small group training session for your group of friends and have “Blonde Runner” personally train you.  This unique training regimen combines a blend of circuit weight training with military style discipline and will help you tone, get lean, build strength and gain endurance.
