Coach Lora Erickson aka Blonde Runner has been coaching for over 25 years and is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running, triathlon, swimming and cycling coach.  Her passion is coaching and she loves to work with beginners and has produced some great online training programs.  Check out the programs below.  All programs are semi-custom training with coaching support, so you are not alone. 5K Beginner – 8 or 12 week training program

10K Beginner – 10 or 12 week training program

70.3 Half-Ironman Training Programs – Beginner, Intermediate – 12 week, 16, 18, 22 week training programs.

140.6 Full Ironman Training Program – Beginner, Intermediate – 18 or 24 weeks.

Core Strength – Beginner, Intermedate – 4-8 weeks
