It was fun to do a Virtual Duathlon Clinic for the South Davis Recreation Center recently; sharing tips about how to set up your own transition for the race. The fun thing about doing a virtual race is that you will get to choose your own route and map it. I also shared some nutrition tips. Check out the video clip.

Recently my daughter and I did a fun workout together at home. She created an exercise jar with ideas on pieces of paper and basically we pull one out a do it. It’s simple and fun!
