Ring in this Christmas season by strapping bells on your feet and running along with us, as we jingle through the streets of Bountiful just prior to the Clipper Electric Light Parade! Beginner Triathon Training for Women

This women’s training group is for the beginner with little or not experience in triathlons. All the training will be provided to complete a sprint distance triathlon.
