Lora Erickson aka “Blonde Runner” is an Ironman All-World triathlete and nationally ranked USA Triathlon All-American.  She is an experienced USATF certified running coach, USA Triathlon coach, U.S. Master Level 2 Certified Swim Coach, SlowTwitch Certified Triathlon Cycling Coach, NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 25 years of coaching experience.  Coach Lora specializes in weight loss, corrective exercise and endurance training for running and triathlon events. As a mother of four, she has many years of experience designing realistic custom individual programs that can fit into a busy everyday life. Coach Lora started running competitively in high school and as was soon recognizes as one of Colorado’s top level High School distance runners and was heavily recruited by many colleges.  She accepted an athletic scholarship to run for the University of Utah and later transferred to Utah State University where she earned the title of Big West All-Conference Runner and was the Team Captain. Since graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education with duel minors in Nutrition and Chemistry; Lora has also taught weight loss classes for the American Heart Association and continues to share her passion through running & triathlon camps, team programs, healthy lifestyle & running classes, and motivational public speaking.  She also is a paid writer for many local publications.  Lora relishes the opportunity to work with individuals and coaches athletes all over the world on-line. Coach Lora offers unique custom-designed programs to help meet a variety of health conditions and maintains that there is no “one-size-fits-all program” and everyone is different.  She takes a personal interest in each client.

Lora is an accomplished athlete and health professional, winning many awards and honors including Ironman All-World Silver 2017 and is a USA Triathlon 2015 All-American. She is the owner of Blonde Runner Health LLC and the founder/organizer of the Team Blonde Runner (TBR) and the South Davis Road Runners in Davis County, Utah where she currently resides with her husband and four children. Lora is also the race director and founder of an annual charity event held on Memorial Day in honor of her daughter, Samantha:  The Race for Grief offers a 10K, 5K run, 2 mile walk & kids K.  When she is not guest lecturing, teaching, coaching or training for her next competition, she can be found in her garden or catching worms with her three boys to take them fishing. She also enjoys karate, cooking and shopping with her little girl.

Lora loves to show her enthusiasm for health and has used her positive “can-do” approach to help hundreds of people of all ages to reach their goals.
