It was fun to do a Virtual Duathlon Clinic for the South Davis Recreation Center recently; sharing tips about how to set up your own transition for the race. The fun thing about doing a virtual race is that you will get to choose your own route and map it. I suggest using the MapMyRun or MapMyRide apps to do this. I also share all the things you will need to set your transition up including elastic laces in your shoes (pictured above). I also shared some nutrition tips.
