Outdoor Trail/Snow Running Class

Trail & snow running is great for building strength and stamina.  It can be challenging and improve your running making you a faster and more durable runner. We will be reviewing everything you need to know to be successful in this one-time lecture-style class. 

Here are a few things we will be covering:

  • Shoe/Gear Choices
  • Types of terrain and how to run it
  • Altitude Variables and training properly
  • Incline/Declines
  • Supplemental Strength & Agility

Coach Lora Erickson is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running and triathlon coach recently competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa in 2018. Lora was born and raised in Colorado and was to run for the University and Utah & Utah State University where she obtained a degree in Community Health Education with duel minors in Chemistry and Nutrition.
