Nutrition Fact: Flavonoids

Orange_and_cross_sectionNutrition Fact:  Did you know that oranges and berries contain substances know as flavonoids that can help protect the skin from UV light which can damage the skin.  Sunscreen is still needed even in winter months but eating foods that can protect the skin some is great.  Be sure and include these foods in your diet regularly.
