Friday May 24, 6:30-8 p.m.

Openwater swimming can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be.  Learn the skills needed to master open water swim techniques for a triathlon.  We will be talking about wetsuits, speedsuits, goggle options and reviewing skills (sighting, difference in stroke from pool swimming, ocean vs lake, swim exit and entrance options etc…).

This is a hands on clinic and wetsuits are required (we will be swimming some).  Beginners welcome.  Pre-registration and payment is required to attend.  If you are interested in attending please contact Coach Lora Erickson at  Pre-payment is required to reserve a spot.  Limited spots.  There are some wetsuits available for rent.  If you’d like to reserve one contact Coach Lora asap.

Coach Lora Erickson is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running and triathlon coach recently competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa in 2018. Lora was born and raised in Colorado and was to run for the University and Utah & Utah State University where she obtained a degree in Community Health Education with duel minors in Chemistry and Nutrition.
