Youth Triathlon Training Clinic

Triathlon training is so much fun and a great way to get involved in fitness to develop healthy habits for a lifetime. This type of training offers great variety with swimming, cycling and running. Through this interactive clinic participants will learn about each discipline and practice some skills needed to do triathlons. If they want to learn about what a triathlon is and how to train for one or just have some fun with friends their age, then this is a great clinic for them. All levels are welcome and there will be two groups: Ages 8-13 & 14-17. If your child is interested in participating please contact Coach Lora Erickson at lora@blonderunner.com. Limited spot.
