Youth Triathlon Training Clinic

All levels welcome.  Two groups:  Ages 8-13 & 14-17

Location:  Davis County

Triathlon training is so much fun and a great way to get involved in fitness to develop healthy habits for a lifetime.  This type of training offers great variety with swimming, cycling and running.  Through this interactive clinic participants will learn about each discipline and practice some skills needed to do triathlons.  If they want to learn about what a triathlon is and how to train for one or just have some fun with friends their age, then this is a great clinic for them.   All levels are welcome and there will be two groups:  Ages 8-13 & 14-17.  If your child is interested in participating please contact Coach Lora Erickson at  Limited spot.

About the Coach:  Lora Erickson is a USATF certified running coach and triathlete with over 27 years of experience.  She is also the mother of 5 children (1 in heaven, and loves to see kids get involved in health and fitness.  To learn more visit

Coach Lora Erickson is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running and triathlon coach recently competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa in 2018. Lora was born and raised in Colorado and was to run for the University and Utah & Utah State University where she obtained a degree in Community Health Education with duel minors in Chemistry and Nutrition.
