Transition Review & Bike Route Review

for Splash ‘n Sprint Triathlon Participants

Date: Friday May 3, 2012 from 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Location: South Davis Recreation Center, 550 North 200 West

Look for us behind the building (southeast side) by the Bowery

If you are new to triathlons or would like to preview the bike route for the Splash n Sprint Triathlon then you are invited to participate in this clinic to be held at the South Davis Recreation Center. Come ride the approx 12 mile bike route and see a transition demonstration presented by Coach Lora Erickson aka “Blonde Runner”. She will help you learn how to set up your transition area and review a race day check list along with answer your questions about triathlons and race day preparations and race day nutrition. Bring your bikes and helmets and come prepared to ride the route.  This clinic is free for those signed up for the Splash n’ Sprint triathlon to take place Sat. May 11, 2013. Coach Lora Erickson is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running and triathlon coach recently competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa in 2018. Lora was born and raised in Colorado and was to run for the University and Utah & Utah State University where she obtained a degree in Community Health Education with duel minors in Chemistry and Nutrition.
