I find that a lot of people know a lot less about nutrition thatn they think they do. The fast is “ya don’t know what you don’t know.” Nutrition is very important especially the longer distance event you are participating in. If you want to get some specifics on what to do for your half marathon/marathon or triathlon event this will be a helpful class for you. Please share with a friend or family member.
