What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

It was a year ago yesterday that my Mom had elective surgery that nearly killed her and I unexpectedly became a 24/7 caregiver for many weeks.  It was a tough time.  There was a lot of worry and many sleepless nights.  I am glad she made it through.  I have a whole new respect for care givers and how difficult it can be to take care of someone that needs your care around the clock. I had to get creative to get my workouts in and take care of my own health so I could better care for her.  What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?!
