Running tip: Knee pain?

If you are having knee pain it could be caused from running on a cambered road so be sure to consider the terrain when trying to figure out why it's hurting. I also recommend you consult a doctor and not let injuries linger. When you know what is going on you are better able to solve the problem. If you are local I highly recommend Dr. Bell or Richards at Intermountain Sports Medicine in Bountiful.Train Healthy,Coach Lora Ericksonwww.BlondeRunner.com
