Coach Lora aka “Blonde Runner” would like to share her secrets as she teaches you how she lost 48 pounds after each baby. Sports nutrition will also be covered relating to running and triathlons. This lecture style one-time 60 minute class held on Thursday January 19, 2012 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the Davis County area.
