If so come get training tips and recommendations from an experienced triathlete and coach with many years of experience. This unique lecture style class will cover all aspects of winter training including swim stroke development, cycling training, sample cold weather run workouts, injury prevention and nutrition education. Learn how to stay motivated and focused over the cold winter months. She attended Utah State University on athletic scholarship where she was honored as an all-conference runner.
