Triathlon Winter Training Tips with Blonde Runner

Are you interested in doing triathlons and need some advice for winter training? If so come get training tips and recommendations from an experienced triathlete and coach with many years of experience. This unique lecture style class will cover all aspects of winter training including swim stroke development, cycling training, sample cold weather run workouts, injury prevention and nutrition education. Learn how to stay motivated and focused over the cold winter months. Get the education you need to help prepare you for a successful triathlon season in 2011 whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced athlete. All community members are welcome to attend. --Lora Erickson aka Blonde Runner is a competitive runner and triathlete with over 25 years of experience. She attended Utah State University on athletic scholarship where she was honored as an all-conference runner.
