Team Blonde Runner to compete in WOS Triathlon

The team started training at the end of February and it is hard to believe that race day is nearly here.  We are excited to participate in the Women of Steel Triathlon in American Fork this weekend.  There will be seven of us from the team going down for the event and for two this will be their first triathlon ever.   Three of us did it last year and know what an amazing and inspiring event that it can be.  I have met some of the most amazing people that do triathlons.  They have overcome so many hard challenges just to compete in a triathlon.  This race is especially neat because it is all women.  There is a certain kind of camaraderie that comes with a race of all women.   It seems like every women is cheering for another and genuinely excited for them.  It is so fun to cheer others on.  I love it!  I am looking forward to a fun weekend with some good friends!
