Triathlon

For some reason many people are intimidated by the word “triathlon” and they shy away from a truely amazing event because they just don’t know how to get started. I remember feeling some of the “jitter bugs” when I first started. I had a million questions and spent hours mulling through books to find half answers. I only wish I could have taken a class from a real live person that could answer my questions directly and help me tailor a plan that fits into my life and my goals. Well, such a class exists. I am teaching the hands-on type class I wish I would have had when I first started. I will share with you the many things I have learned over the years participating in triathlons. Even if you are not sure you want to do one yet, sign up and learn about it. What could it hurt? You might find that it is easier than you think! If you are not in great shape, don’t worry, I will get you there. Triathlon training gets you in great shape fast. This 6 week class will be held at the South Davis Recreation Center in Bountiful on Thursday nights from 8 – 9:30 starting April 23 (next week). Register in person at the front desk.  Register early to ensure your spot.
