Numbers don’t lie.  They tell you exactly how you are doing, whether it is good or bad.  Numbers give you something to improve on and allow you to measure progress.  

If you don’t know your numbers you can find out by have a Fitness Assessment & Body Composition Analysis done on you.  This assessment will tell you what your body fat percent is, visceral fat rating (cardiac risk indicator), BMI, bone mass, muscular strength, flexibility rating, body measurements, etc… Core training exercises and instruction is included.  Call Lora at 801-299-1601 to set up your session.

Coach Lora Erickson is an Ironman All-World athlete and certified running and triathlon coach recently competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Africa in 2018. Lora was born and raised in Colorado and was to run for the University and Utah & Utah State University where she obtained a degree in Community Health Education with duel minors in Chemistry and Nutrition.
