Numbers don't lie. They tell you exactly how you are doing, whether it is good or bad. Numbers give you something to improve on and allow you to measure progress. If you don't know your numbers you can find out by have a Fitness Assessment & Body Composition Analysis done on you. This assessment will tell you what your body fat percent is, visceral fat rating (cardiac risk indicator), BMI, bone mass, muscular strength, flexibility rating, body measurements, etc...
